AgroPuka was founded in 2001 as a non-profit organization in the Puka district of northern Albania. The organization has more than 300 members including producers, farmers, advisors, etc. It focuses on the marketing, training, advice, mechanization and infrastructure of agriculture. The organization supports the collection and processing of agricultural products, fruit tree growing, goat rearing, etc.

AgroPuka is also active in processing and distribution of fruit, mushrooms and herbs.
