This dairy farm in the village of Blinisht processes the milk of goats raised in the open pastures in the fascinating highlands of the Krrab mountain, in the north-eastern area of Pukë municipality. The newly-built small dairy processing point allows Gjergji Prendi to produce white cheese and kaçkavall according to traditional recipes and guaranteeing quality and safety standards.
