The agronomist and winemaker owner of the “Ersi” winery, Jak Pacani, was a true pioneer of the reorganization of agriculture in the Zadrima region. Furthermore, it is active in the effort to improve the agricultural education system and pioneers in the introduction of organic production techniques.

Its wines, such as the aromatic and autochthonous “Kallmet” and the “Shesh i bardhe”, enrich the table of numerous restaurants in the Shkodra area.
